URGENT ACTION – Opportunity for attending Presidential Forum in SC

URGENT ACTION – Opportunity for attending Presidential Forum in SC

This is a last call for all those in the Houston area to attend the South Carolina Heritage Action for America Presidential Candidate Forum on Friday, Sept. 18 and the 2015 Heritage Action Sentinel Summit on Saturday, Sept. 19 and join with Texans from across the State in showing America our support for Senator Ted Cruz.  JoAnn Fleming, Ted Cruz Texas Grassroots Coordinator, is calling on all grassroots patriots who support Ted Cruz for President to go and deliver a message to conservative America as to who exactly the great state of Texas is supporting. The Dallas area has already signed up over 35 people to travel to Greenville, SC.  I am coordinating efforts in the Houston area to fill a bus with 50 dedicated Cruz supporters from the Bayou City.
However, this Heritage Action for America event is filling up quickly.  As of today, over 10,000 people from across the States have signed up for the debate and forum.  With a capacity of 16,000 registrants for the venue, Heritage is expected to close registration this Monday.  With such a limited time, I have volunteered to help coordinate the logistics involved with coordinating a bus dmepending on the number of people who sign up in our area.  Furthermore, I am willing to coordinate finding accommodations in the area.

Please share this information with others in your group that are like-minded liberty patriots.

In order to attend, there is a process that must be followed:
1)  For anyone who was a Sentinel as of about 3 weeks ago, you can sign up at http://heritageaction.com/2015-sentinel-summit/.  That registration is a complete registration for the entire two days of events.
2)  For those who were not Sentinels as of three weeks ago, you can sign up for the Day 1 Forum atwww.takebackevent.com.  That will register you for that specific event.  Once you do that, register as a Sentinel at www.heritageaction.com/sentinel.  Once you are registered for the forum and in the Heritage system as a Sentinel, email Wade Miller (Heritage Action) at Joseph.Miler@heritageforamerica.org and he will activate your Sentinel account.  Wade will then, in the next week or two, go into the Sentinel database and sign you up for the Sentinel Forum which is all two days of events with VIP access at the Forum, floor seating at the Forum and the Day 2 events at the Hyatt Regency in downtown, including meals, etc.
3)  Email Mary Huls (mhuls912@gmail.com) with your contact information and whether you wish to travel with the group and seek help with accommodations so I can input you into our area spreadsheet.
All of this is free.  The only cost to activists is travel, lodging, and various incidentals.  I will provide your information to JoAnn for the Cruz campaign.  I will also follow up with Wade to ensure everything is okay with respect to Heritage
Once we know how many will be going, I will be able to begin to estimate our costs.

Below is some additional information.  I hope to hear, as soon as possible, from those want to go support Ted in South Carolina.
